1. About this policy
LECH – FZCO (hereinafter referred to as “LECH”, “we”, or “us”), having its registered office at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates, respect the privacy of its users (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “user”).
This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") applies to the collection, use and disclosure of personal and non-personal information through the mobile and the Smart TV apps published by LECH (the "Apps") and is meant to comply with your rights under law, and to ensure that you receive adequate information about how your information is collected, processed, conveyed and deleted. LECH is committed to protecting the privacy of children who use our Apps.
Accordingly, this Privacy Policy aims to comply with the requirement of the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), the General Data Information Protection Regulation and(“GDPR”) and any other applicable laws. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy.
By using the Apps, you signify your assent to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use any of our Apps

2. How we protect the online privacy of children under 13
We strive to protect the confidentiality of your Personal Data that we collect and process. During data processing, we undertake to take all necessary measures in strict accordance with applicable law and exclusively on legal grounds that allow such collection and processing. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from Kids other than as expressly specified herein.
We also age-gated some of the features in our Apps, so that they are not available for use by Kids. The age gate is being conducted when the User tries to access some sections of the Apps which are not intended for Kids, specifically, the subscription-purchase screen.
LECH does not permit behaviorally-targeted advertising to children in the Apps where we have actual knowledge that the user is under the age of 13.

3. What information do we collect from you and how do we use it?
LEHC can collect two types of information pertaining to Kids:
1.Non-identifiable Kid’s information. We may collect non-identifiable and anonymous information as detailed below (“Kids Non-identifiable Information”). Kids Non-identifiable Information may also include technical information such as: type of operating system, type of browser, screen resolution, User session ID, time zone, session start / stop time, source of traffic, device type, performance errors and problems, Kid’s gameplay, gaming success.

2.Identifiers and no other Kids personal identifiable information. We may collect a device identifier and/or the Internet Protocol address («IP address»).
We do not collect from Kids any information that may personally identify an individual (e.g.name, address, e-mail) (other than Identifiers which is collected for the limited purposes specified in section 4 of this Policy such as supporting the internal operations of the Apps and for maintaining the proper functioning of the Apps) and any other personally identifiable information of a private and/or sensitive nature about the Kids.
We do not link any collected non-identifiable information to the Kids’ Identifiers.
Our Apps may include features from our partners, such as in-game advertising. A list of these partners is available below. These partners may access your data and operate under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to check their privacy policies to learn more about their data processing practices.

4. The Purposes of Processing (Collecting) Personal Data
We collect your Personal Data for some or all of the following reasons:
1.to improve the gaming experience, to ensure the best quality of our Apps as well as to ensure the functionality and support of our internal operations.
2.serving advertisements (for Kid’s directed Apps We use only advertisement suitable for Kids’ audiences);
3.authenticating purchases made by Parents (Adult users).

5. How long do we keep information about you?
We will only store your information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information is collected and processed. Upon the expiration of such period, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized, as requested by applicable law.

6. Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. LEHC provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

7. Policy Changes
Our Privacy Policy may be updated on the same terms as provided for in Our User Agreement including if required by applicable law. We invite you to review our Policy from time to time in order to check changes made. Your continued use of our Products and/or Services after the update of this Policy means that you agree to such an update.
However, if you do not agree with the Policy updates, you must stop using our Apps and delete them from all your devices.
